2a. Use of the Service

Subscriptions are for individuals only, are non-transferrable, non-sublicensable, non-exclusive, revocable and limited. You are not allowed to subscribe any businesses or multiple names under one subscription. if you violate this term your profile will be deleted and you may apply to subscribe as an individual.  Subscriptions are limited to fully-registered psychologists only. However, this, who subscribes, may change in the future.

Psychologist voluntarily submit information on the site, allowing Find a Psychologist Australia staff and agents to use and disclose (the profile) such personal data as described in the privacy policy. This information may include personally identifiable details submitted for users to contact you. 

Users can browse this site, as it is public. To engage with a psychologist, you can either allow them to contact you by entering details in the 'contact me' button, or you can call or email the psychologist or you can voluntarily submit your details on the Fast Track page which will allow all matchable psychologists to see you details and enable them to call or email you. You volunteer to submit your details, and if you get multiple calls it is your responsibility to remove your Fast track entry. If yo did not change your password you can log in by using your phone number, Otherwise your entry will automatically delete once it registers 10 calls or it will automatically delete after 2 weeks.  

The public can access the services on this site, however professional profiles and connecting to client referrals are limited to registered psychologist. Worksheets are open to the public but will be closed off and made subscription only after some time of being public. 

3. Professional Services Disclaimer

Find a Psychologist Australia is a platform designed to connect users with registered psychologists, and though run by psychologists and administrators, we are not a healthcare or mental health care provider ourselves. The website does not offer or constitute medical advice or mental health treatment. Nor does it or do they substitute for professional psychological therapy or diagnostic services. Any information or advice provided through the platform should not be considered as a substitute for professional medical or mental health advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your GP or specialist, e.g. Dietician or other qualified mental health provider, e.g. Psychologist, with any questions you may have regarding a medical conditions or mental health issue.

3a No referral relationship

This site provides a platform for uses and registered psychologist to connect, however no user is exclusive and the service is for help but does not create a psychologist-user/client relationship, or a relationship with Find a psychologist Australia. 

4. User-Generated Content

As part of using the Find a Psychologist Australia platform, you may create an account and contribute content such as reviews, feedback, or questions. You agree to provide honest, accurate, and respectful content and acknowledge that your content may be used by Find a Psychologist Australia to improve services or to assist others in making informed decisions. We reserve the right to remove any inappropriate or offensive content at our discretion.
